SCOPE OF THIS POLICY
This Policy applies to the processing, protection, and destruction of all personal data belonging to data subjects. It covers all recording environments in which personal data is processed and all activities regarding the processing of personal data that we own or manage.
PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Commercial Communication
If you give your explicit consent, we process your identity (name-surname) and contact information (phone number, e-mail address, address details) for purposes such as campaigns, promotions, advertisements, marketing activities, commercial communications (SMS, e-mail, calls), customer satisfaction surveys, and invitations.
Sales Processes
We process your identity (name-surname, tax number if corporate), contact information (e-mail, phone), customer transaction data (offers, orders, shipping), billing information, and, where necessary, your voice recordings during phone calls in order to send products, issue invoices, handle returns, and manage order processes.
Legal Processes and Internal Operations
We process identity, contact, shopping, invoice, and transaction security data (log records) to fulfill our legal obligations under legislation and in relations with authorized public institutions. In case of disputes, we may process and share data with courts, enforcement offices, arbitration tribunals, and other official institutions. Electronic Media: servers, databases, e-mail, file sharing systems, office software, security devices, computers, mobile devices, removable memory, printers/scanners/copiers.
Non-Electronic Media: paper, written/printed/visual media, printed backup materials.
RETENTION AND DESTRUCTION
Personal data is stored as long as necessary for the purposes of processing and in accordance with the retention periods required by law (e.g., Turkish Commercial Code, Turkish Code of Obligations, Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, Law on Regulation of Electronic Commerce, Labor Law, Tax Laws, etc.).
When the reasons for processing no longer exist, or if legal maximum retention periods expire, personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized ex officio or upon your request.
YOUR RIGHTS
As a data subject, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the KVKK:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information if your data has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately
- To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad
- To request correction if data is incomplete or inaccurate
- To request deletion or destruction of your data if the reasons for processing no longer exist
- To request notification of these corrections/deletions to third parties
- To object to results arising solely from automated processing
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
Except for data that must be kept under law, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized upon your request when the purpose of processing no longer applies or when retention periods expire.
