Refund policy
Return Period and Eligibility
You may return your product within 14 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible, the product must:
- Be unused.
- Have no deformation, scratches, or user damage.
- Be returned complete with the original box, protective case, cleaning cloth, and any promotional items.
Items with signs of use, damage, or missing accessories are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
All returns are handled only through our website.
- Go to www.nassuh.com and sign in.
- Navigate to My Account > My Orders.
- Select the order and click Create Return Request.
After you submit, you will receive a return approval e-mail and shipping instructions.
Shipping Rules
Return shipments are free only when sent via the courier company specified by us.
If you use any other courier, shipping costs are paid by you and are non-refundable.
Pack the product securely and deliver it to the nearest branch using the return code we provide.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges.
If you want a different item, please return your current product and place a new order.
This keeps stock tracking and process management transparent and fast.
Inspection and Refund Timeline
After we receive the product, it enters quality control within 1–2 business days.
If approved, your refund is issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Credit card refunds may take longer depending on your bank. Please contact your bank if needed.
