Shipping policy

Shipping Timeframe

Orders will be delivered within 1–3 business days.
Preparation, invoicing, and stock availability details are indicated on our WEBSITE. This timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays. An automatic notification email will be sent to the CUSTOMER once the PRODUCTS have been dispatched, provided that the email address entered during registration is accurate.

Delivery Times and Costs

During the ordering process, the SELLER informs the CUSTOMER about the estimated delivery times and methods applicable to the purchased PRODUCTS.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected delivery method.
Unless otherwise stated (e.g., in cases where free shipping is offered), the CUSTOMER is responsible for paying the shipping costs in addition to the PRODUCT price.
Detailed information regarding delivery times and costs is provided on the WEBSITE.

Delivery Conditions

Packages will be delivered to the CUSTOMER upon presentation of valid identification and signature.
In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left, allowing the CUSTOMER to collect the package from the nearest postal facility.

Delivery Issues

At the end of the online order process, once the CUSTOMER confirms their order and selects a carrier, they are informed of the estimated delivery date.
Deliveries shall be completed within a maximum of ten (10) days.
If delivery fails within this period, the CUSTOMER may formally notify the SELLER to deliver the order within a reasonable additional period. If the SELLER fails to deliver within this timeframe, the CUSTOMER may cancel the contract.
Upon receiving the cancellation notice, the SELLER shall, without undue delay, reimburse the CUSTOMER the full amount paid for the PRODUCTS, including applicable taxes and initial delivery charges, using the same payment method used by the CUSTOMER.
The SELLER remains responsible for the PRODUCTS until they are delivered to the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER has three (3) days from delivery to report any damage or partial loss to the carrier.

Return Shipping Policy

If the CUSTOMER wishes to return a product, the return shipping cost shall be borne entirely by the CUSTOMER. The SELLER does not cover or reimburse return shipping fees under any circumstances.
